Role Objective: To be a vital part of the first team coaching staff providing video analysis, highlighting team and individual coaching requirements to improve the development of players and team strategy. Analyse opposition teams remotely using video analysis software provided by the Club.
As a National League Futsal Club we have a responsibility to appoint a First Team Performance Analyst that can fully satisfy the requirements of the role, leading all club members towards achieving our Club mission statement.
The role of First Team Performance Analyst provides a mixture of accountabilities linked to player, team, coach and off court club development.

It is vital to the long term success of Carlisle Futsal Club. The club operates an elite player development pathway model which includes a specific recruitment strategy and high quality coaching. To ensure we are creating players and teams that can compete at the highest level we need to be able to provide coaches and players with the tools to reflect and rectify deficiencies. The role of First Team Performance Analyst is a vital role for creating future elite level players and any person fulfilling the role needs to be committed to helping players in our Club achieve this.
This is a casual role and hours of work are entirely up to the individual but will flex with the demands of our League and FA Cup matches throughout the season. The successful candidate will be rewarded with Club kit and 4 free tickets to each match event.
